Norths Juniors brings together players from our four village clubs to develop their skills and represent the Northern Suburbs in competitions across NSW.

Village rugby to the red and black
Players begin and continue their rugby journey with their village club. Norths Juniors adds representative and development opportunities across XVs and 7s, while Northern Suburbs Rugby Club provides the pathway into Colts and senior rugby.

Representative XVs
Players train and compete together in the traditional fifteen-a-side game, including NSW representative competitions.

Representative Sevens
A fast, skill-focused program that develops speed, decision-making, support play and confidence in space.

Girls’ Rugby
Development and representative opportunities designed to grow skills, confidence, connection and the pathway for girls across Norths.

Representative rugby is both an opportunity and a commitment.
- Regular team training
- A competitive and supportive team environment
- Experienced coaching and clear feedback
- Opportunities to represent the district at NSW competitions
- Respect for teammates, coaches, officials and opponents
Village club commitment
Representative rugby works alongside, not instead of, village club rugby.
- Play in the age group they turn that year
- Play at least four club games across four SJRU rounds
- Remain registered with and committed to their village club
- Meet the training and tournament commitments for their squad
